Rlung is neither an initiation ceremony nor a religion. It is not about becoming a Buddhist. Its approach is secular and universal. It is also an opportunity to have real-life interactions with experienced monks and nuns, who share their wisdom.
"Retreats hosted by Rlung and the monastery welcome participants of all backgrounds and are not intended to convert anyone to Buddhism. Instead, they focus on the science of the mind as a spiritual practice, fostering renewal, self-knowledge, and awakening to a deeper understanding of life's purpose."
